Bruno PR & Social is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, detail-oriented, analytical and engagement-driven Social Media Specialist with 3+ years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing to join our growing team! The Social Media Specialist will report to the Senior Social Media Manager and Founder and Director of PR & Social Media, Nicole Bruno, and this position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned client social media accounts, including but not limited to: content creation and copywriting, scheduling and publishing, KPI and analytics reporting, influencer marketing, paid social ad creation and execution, community management/engagement, and client relations and account management. They will ultimately ensure the integration of social media marketing activities with the assigned client(s) public relations and digital marketing strategy and activations.

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop strategic social media goals, objectives, strategies and tactics, core content pillars, and plan concepts accordingly across social media channels of assigned client(s) to grow their online community and enhance their social media presence

  • Create, curate and publish compelling and results-driven social media copy and content across all platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok and other emerging platforms.

  • Employ desired brand aesthetic, tone, and overarching concepts within social content and adhere to or create a brand guidelines for the Client

  • Analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) in weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics reports

  • Meet with client(s) monthly to share insights from KPIs and recommendations on ways to shift the strategy to exceed social media marketing goals and objectives

  • Build following and engage with client social media communities

  • Provide timely responses to questions, comments, and direct messages to client social accounts in a timely manner.

  • Ideate and execute influencer and partner marketing campaigns, develop influencer & partner marketing briefs and conduct influencer & partner outreach (if applicable)

  • Stay abreast of social media marketing and cultural trends and refine efforts to achieve client social media goals and objectives.

  • Integrate social media activities with other integrated digital marketing efforts, such as paid social, public relations and/or email marketing.

  • Collaborate with Content Writer by preparing content briefs for blog posts and editing/formatting blogs on client’s website

  • Manage project activities and deadlines with Gantt charts and share these project timelines with the Client 

  • Coordinate with internal team as necessary to streamline content and campaigns

  • Social media strategist and content creator with an understanding of the elements of art and visual design and a natural ability to shift between short and long-form copywriting 

  • Possess a data-driven approach that provides context behind creative decisions and strategic shifts based on KPIs and insights

  • Proficient with Graphic Design

  • Written and Interpersonal Communication skills

  • Client relations and account or project management skills

  • Time management, adaptable, self-starter, and deadline-driven

  • Detail-oriented, creative, organizational, resourceful and analytical

  • Prior experience with community engagement and/or influencer marketing a plus!

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and multitask

  • Team player with the ability to work independently as well as within a group 

  • Passion for social media, PR, digital marketing and making a difference in the world

  • Growth mindset with a hunger to learn and adapt to an evolving environment

  • Basic knowledge of Squarespace, Wix, Wordpress, Webflow, etc.
