Job Description

We are seeking a data -driven, team-oriented Growth Hacking Intern that is looking to place all of their efforts into creating untraditional, cross-functional marketing activations to increase conversions, optimize our online visibility, and maximize our marketing effectiveness. For growth marketing, our team emphasizes the expression “fail fast, fail forward.” It’s imperative to take on the challenge of the unknown by making it tangible.

THE ROLE

  • Ideating creative untraditional, strategies to drive traffic to our website, business developers, landing pages, and social media pages

  • Analyze aspects o the conversion funnel to identify the largest areas for improvement and implement creative strategies to capitalize on these opportunities

  • Increase organic search visits

  • A/B test ideas and deliver reports that indicate the success or failure of said marketing activities

  • Exchange ideas, data, and feedback with team members of Bruno PR & Social

  • Scale marketing processes by employing a lean marketing strategy with quick iterative approaches

  • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement

  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns

  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data

  • Develop testing processes to collect key learnings that can be turned into social and blog content, and increase conversion

PREPARATION

  • We are using a three (3) phase interviewing process across different channels to determine who will be the best candidates for the position.

  • Once the selection is made, we allocate time to assist with training, materials, and on-boarding.

  • Following, you will be able to establish a schedule that is workable to your daily life.
