Job Description

Bruno PR & Social is seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, creative, detail-oriented, organized, strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Associate with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid social advertising and email marketing. The Digital Marketing Associate will report to the cofounders, and this position will be responsible for email newsletter development and deployment; creating impactful, visually stunning, and high-performing branded emails; and performing ongoing A/B testing, segmentation, testing, and monthly analysis; in addition to the development and implementation of paid advertising campaigns.

ABOUT
Essentially, we do two things: take the burden off of the client's shoulders and drive clicks and conversions to their business. Social media is a competitive landscape and requires a significant amount of effort and time out of the busy entrepreneur's day. Most business owners aim to focus more of their energy on managing the day-to-day operations of their business and building better relationships with their clientele. THE ROLE

Hours: 15 hours per week

Location: Remote

Job Description:

  • Plan, develop, and deploy a consistent one (1) email per month email newsletter.

  • Craft copy and design email layout that drives customer engagement and click-throughs

  • Track and analyze email performance and conversion to revise and implement new strategies that increase subscriber activity

  • Determine subscriber segments with criteria including, but not limited to, location, interests, preferences, position, industry

  • Monitoring budget, tracking performance, launching and overseeing up to a maximum of five (5) paid ads per month

  • Identify an optimized target audience for converting impressions

  • Run A/B tests to determine content and messaging that best aligns with the customer

  • Create enticing copy and creative the drives clients to a call-to-action

  • Develop and see the ad campaign from concept to implementation

  • Report performance of campaigns

OUR REQS

  • 2+ Years of Experience in Email Marketing and Paid Ads

  • Intermediate to Advanced Graphic Design skills 

  • Written and Interpersonal Communication skills

  • Ability to perform A/B testing, segmentation, and testing

  • Detail-oriented, creative, organizational, strategic, resourceful and analytical

  • Prior experience working with beauty brands is a plus!
